Server-based desktop virtualization solution more than doubles customer-base since release of Pano Virtual Desktop Solution 2.0
MENLO PARK, Calif. – June 23, 2008 – Pano Logic™, developer of a server-based virtualized desktop, today announced that it has signed more than 150 customers since shipping the company's first flagship Pano Virtual Desktop Solution (VDS) in December 2007. The recent introduction of Pano VDS 2.0 has accelerated this growth, helping the company double its customer base. Pano Logic's customers come from a variety of industries including education, healthcare, government and technology, and comprise such organizations as Athleta, Bank of Montreal, Boise State University, CIBC, Embraer, Miles & Stockbridge, SanDisk, and University of Maryland, to name a few.

In addition to the rapid customer adoption of its commercial desktop virtualization product, Pano Logic is also experiencing significant traction in the channel, signing 50 partners in the first half of 2008.

"With the Pano Manager and the VMware management features, the solution didn't need a lot of configuration and it took around 10 minutes to get up and running.
