Pano Logic provides a wide range of free and paid support resources. Online help is available to anyone without a login while more detailed information in our knowledgebase is available in the Customer Center which also allows you to purchase Premium Per-Incident Support or file a support case and contact our Support Staff.

The Pano Logic Customer Center allows you to search the Troubleshooting Knowledge Base, get License Key file for existing customers, purchase Premium Per-Incident Support, or file a support case and contact our Support Staff.  Technical Support Engineers are currently available from 6 am to 5 pm (Pacific Time), Monday through Friday.  To login or register at the Customer Center, please click on the button below or browse to customer.panologic.com.

Pano Zero Clients are covered by a 3 year limited hardware warranty for the original purchaser. Warranty service and software maintenance is only provided for Pano Systems purchased directly from Pano Logic or one of our authorized channel partners or distributors.  Please contact Pano Logic Customer Support via email to support@panologic.com to check the warranty status of any of our products. If you need software or technical support and are not the original purchaser, please contact Pano Logic Sales at 407-562-1868 to purchase Maintenance or Premium Support.
