Pano Zero Clients are covered by a 3 year limited hardware warranty for the original purchaser. Warranty service and software maintenance is only provided for Pano Systems purchased directly from Pano Logic or one of our authorized channel partners or distributors. Please contact Pano Logic Customer Support via email to support@panologic.com to check the warranty status of any of our products. If you need software or technical support and are not the original purchaser, please contact Pano Logic Sales at 407-562-1868 to purchase Maintenance or Premium Support.

License Key required after 60 days:
Starting with Pano System for VDI 6.0 and Pano System for Cloud 1.0 you will need to obtain a license key before upgrading from a prior version. New and trial installations can run for up to 60 days without a license key. New customers will have their license key file emailed to them during invoicing. If you are an existing customer, please download your license key file by logging in to the Customer Center at customer.panologic.com and select the Get License option from the menu. Partners will need to have purchased NFR units to receive a license key for the software.
Maintenance Renewals and License Keys:
Your license key will reflect your current maintenance coverage which needs to include all active Pano System for VDI endpoints (including NFR units for partners) or Pano Controller for Cloud servers for software upgrades to proceed. If you've renewed your maintenance coverage and loaded an updated license key the License Manager may continue to display alerts for expiring maintenance based on your prior coverage period. You can safely ignore these alerts and they will stop when the expiring coverage ends and your renewed maintenance becomes effective. If you need to renew your maintenance coverage, call 877.677.PANO (US and Canada only) or email renewals@panologic.com.
Download Credentials no longer Required:
Pano System for VDI version 6.0 no longer requires any login credentials for downloads. Version 5.0 and earlier required a version-specific download name/password which were included in the Pano Zero Client boxes. If you need to download the earlier 5.0 release and don't have the download credentials please contact Customer Support at support@panologic.com
