Pano Logic is currently offering the following promotional programs for customers.
Rules for VDI “Cash-for-Clunkers” Thin Client Rebate Program
Pano Logic is offering a rebate (redeemable at the time of purchase) for each thin client traded-in towards the purchase of a Pano Virtual Desktop. Rules for the rebate program are:
- Rebate is $50 per thin client applied against the purchase price of an equal number of Pano Systems.
- Rebate is available to the first 250 customers who apply to Pano Logic Sales.
- Rebates are limited to 50 units per customer organization.
- The rebate program runs from August 24th to September 30th, 2009.
- You do not need to be a new customer to take advantage of the rebate – even existing Pano Logic customers are eligible. Only customers in the United States and Canada are eligible and Pano Logic partners, resellers, distributors and employees are not eligible for the rebate program.
- You must call a sales representative at 650-454-8940 or toll free (US and Canada only) at 877-677-PANO (877-677-7266) to apply for the program and receive a rebate return number before sending in your thin clients.
- You are responsible for shipping changes to send in the thin clients to Pano Logic offices in Menlo Park
- Thin clients must be received by Pano Logic within 15 days of when you apply to the rebate program and you must place an order or at least as many Pano System within 15 days of when the thin clients are received by Pano Logic.
- Pano Logic will arrange for the appropriate disposal and recycling of the received thin clients as per applicable California e-Waste regulations.
- Eligible thin client hardware includes Wyse (S, R or V class), HP (Compaq Evo, or HP T5000 series), Sun Microsystems Sunray, and Dell rebranded (Ardence, ChipPC, Neoware, or Wyse) thin clients which must be in working order and have been bought directly from these vendors or one of their authorized resellers. Pano Logic may request documentation that establishes you as the initial purchaser of the thin clients.
Rules for VMworld Thin Client Trade-In Program
As a special VMworld 2009 promotion, Pano Logic will give you a complete Pano System free of charge if you trade-in one of the qualifying thin clients at our booth at VMworld 2009. Rules for trade-in program are:
- Trade-in program is available to the first 100 customers who turn in a thin client at the Pano Logic booth (#2315) at VMworld 2009.
- Limited to one free Pano System per customer organization during the program.
- You must bring your thin client trade-in to our booth during normal exhibit hall hours of 10:00am to 6:00pm on September 1st and 2nd, 2009 – we will not accept shipments or deliveries outside of the booth or at other times or dates.
- Trade-in is only available to customers in the United States and Canada – Pano Logic partners, resellers, distributors and employees are not eligible for the trade-in program.
- The first 25 customer will have the choice of taking a Pano System home with them or having one shipped to them at no charge – remaining customer will have the Pano System shipped to them at no charge.
- We’ll be asking you to tell us on video why you’re trading in your old thin-client for a true zero client – the video will be taped in Pano Logic’s booth during the show and will be shown during the VMworld event and on our website afterwards. We’ll ask you to sign a model release before the taping.
- Eligible thin client hardware includes Wyse (S, R or V class), HP (Compaq Evo, or HP T5000 series), Sun Microsystems Sunray, and Dell Rembrandt (Ardence, ChipPC, Neoware, or Wyse) thin clients which must be in working order.
- Pano Logic will arrange for the appropriate disposal and recycling of the traded-in thin clients as per applicable California e-Waste regulations.
