Pano Express for SMB/Edu - Support & Maintenance

Technical support resources to assist you with installing or operating your Pano Express for SMB or Pano Express for Education components along with Maintenance or Subscription renewals to provide support and software updates after the first year are provided by the vendor of each of the Pano Express components.

Pano System (Pano Controller and Pano Zero Clients) Support

Pano Express includes the first year of Maintenance for the Pano Logic software updates. along with continuing access to online Basic Support resources.  If you need direct online, email or phone support you will need to either purchase a Premium Support & Maintenance Subscription ($49/seat/year with a minimum of 100 seats) or Per Incident Support ($249/Incident).  You can contact Pano Logic Customer Support via support.panologic.com.
