Pano Express HA - Support & Maintenance

Pano Logic provides front-line support for all Pano Express HA components - please contact our support group directly at the Pano Logic Customer Center (customer.panologic.com).  If necessary, we'll help you coordinate secondary technical support with the component vendors listed below.  Our Technical Support Engineers are currently available from 6 am to 5 pm (Pacific Time), Monday through Friday.  To login or register at the new Customer Center, please click on the button below.

Pano System (Pano Manager and Pano Zero Client) Support

Pano Express HA includes the first year of Premium Standard Support providing 11x5 phone support and Pano System software updates. along with continuing access to online Basic Support resources.  If you need direct online, email or phone support after the first year you will need to either purchase a Premium Support & Maintenance Subscription ($49/seat/year with a minimum of 100 seats) or buy Per Incident Support ($249/Incident) as needed.  You can contact Pano Logic Customer Support via support.panologic.com.
